In the summer of 2010, I had a brain stem stroke. During my time in the hospital and rehabilitation facility, I gained an enormous sense of respect and wonder for my body and mind. I felt I was experiencing a unique opportunity to "reboot " my brain and my thinking processes. I also felt a strong desire to not pollute my head with bad images or words.
It's my vision to stuff beauty & goodness into all the nooks and crannies that are in between us.
Several months later I encountered the words, Say Good, Do Good, Be Good. They absolutely resonated with me. I felt I had to do something with these words. One night as I was drifting off to sleep, it came to me. "I know! I will stamp the words into clay and make little stones." And so, I created Lillistones.
Each Lillistone comes with the intention that it serves as a trail marker for people to find good on our journey through life.
